- Hidden Valley original dressing
- flour, salt and pepper
- 1 can mushroom soup
Directions

1Brown roast that has been rubbed with flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle ove roast the dressing.

2Pour over roast the soup.

3Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then drop to 250° until done.

4(Total cooking time usually takes 1 hour per pound of roast.)
