  • beef roast (size for people to be served)
  • Hidden Valley original dressing
  • flour, salt and pepper
  • 1 can mushroom soup

Directions

    Brown roast that has been rubbed with flour, salt and pepper. Sprinkle ove roast the dressing.

    Pour over roast the soup.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour, then drop to 250° until done.

    (Total cooking time usually takes 1 hour per pound of roast.)
