  • small roast
  • 12 oz. can beer
  • 1/2 c. brown sugar
  • 1 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 tsp. onion salt
  • 1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
  • 1/2 tsp. sweet basil

Directions

    Place roast in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Do not brown meat first.

    Blend other ingredients and pour over meat.
