- 1 large roast of any kind
- 2 1/2 c. water
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- salt
- pepper
- 4 to 6 medium potatoes, peeled
Directions

1Place roast in pan with 1/2 cup water.

2Cover with foil and bake at 400° for 1 hour.

3Drain liquid into frying pan with flour and dissolve.

4Add 2 cups water, salt and pepper and heat until it slightly thickens.

5Pour back into pan with roast.

6Cut potatoes into wedges and put into gravy.

7Cover with foil.
-
8Return to oven and bake to desired tenderness.
