- 1 (3 lb.) chuck roast
- 1 large onion
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/4 c. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Rub salt and pepper well onto roast.

2Brown on 4 sides in small amount of oil.

3Dice onion and garlic and cook until onion is clear.

4Mix vinegar, sugar, Worcestershire sauce and enough water to make 1 cup.

5Add to roast with another cup of water.

6Cover tightly and cook until tender.
