  • 3 to 4 lb. chuck roast
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 8 oz. tomato sauce
  • 1 large onion
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 2 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
  • 1/4 c. ketchup
  • 1/4 c. lemon juice
  • 1/4 c. vinegar
