Directions

1Cover roast with foil and bake in oven until almost done, about 2 hours.

2Peel potatoes and cut into wedges.

3Slice carrots and onion.

4Take roast out of oven and place potatoes, carrots and onions on top of roast and around sides.

5Pour lima beans on top. Cover and cook another hour.

6Bake at 350°.
