  • 1 regular bottle catsup
  • 3 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 1 large onion
  • 1 1/2 c. water
  • 3 Tbsp. Open Pit barbecue sauce
  • 4 to 5 lb. pot roast
  • dash of hot pepper sauce

    Place all ingredients in roaster for 6 to 7 hours at 325° covered.

    You may also use a crock-pot on low for 5 to 6 hours.
