Ingredients
- 1 sirloin tip roast, sprinkled with garlic powder
- 6 potatoes, halved
- 6 onions, halved
- 3 small carrots (1 1/2-inch strips)
- 2 cans beef gravy
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in strips
- 1 can mushrooms stems and pieces
- 1 stalk celery, cut in pieces
Directions

1Cook roast in pressure cooker or boil, retaining one cup liquid until very tender.

2Remove from pot.

3Add potatoes, onions, celery, green peppers, mushrooms and gravy.

4Cook until vegetables are tender.

5Put roast back in pot and simmer until hot.

6Serves 8 to 10.
