- salt and pepper
- 1 clove garlic, sliced
- 2 medium onions, sliced
- 2 bay leaves
- 1 whole clove garlic
- 1 c. hot water
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
Directions

1Rub pork with salt and pepper.

2Make tiny slits in meat. Insert garlic.

3Put in broiler 15 minutes.

4Place onions in bottom of crock-pot.

5Add pork and remaining ingredients.

6Cook on low for 10 hours.
