- 8 slices bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 c. (6 medium) cubed new potatoes
- 1 c. (2 medium) chopped onions
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 tsp. thyme
Directions

1In a 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon over medium heat for about 5 minutes, until the fat becomes transparent, being careful not to overcook.

3Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender (about 15 to 20 minutes). Add remaining ingredients.
