Potato-Bacon-Corn Chowder

- 1/2 lb. bacon, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 2 c. cubed potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onions
- 1 c. water
- salt and pepper to taste
- thyme to taste
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sour cream
Directions

1In 3-quart saucepan, cook bacon until brown.

2Add onions and cook until tender.

3Add potatoes, water and seasoning.

4Continue cooking 15 to 20 minutes until potatoes are tender.

5Reduce heat to low and add remaining ingredients.

6Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
