- 2 lb. bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 small onion, chopped fine
- 1 stick oleo
- 1 c. crushed corn flakes
- 2 c. shredded sharp cheese
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch pan combine sour cream, soup and onion and spread over potatoes.

2Melt oleo and cheese.

3Pour over potatoes. Cover with corn flakes.

4Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
