  • 2 lb. frozen cubed hash browns
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1/2 c. milk
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    Thaw hash browns.

    Fold all ingredients into a large bowl. Spoon mixture into a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

    Bake, covered, at 350° for about 1 hour.
