- 1 kg potato
- 600 ml thickened cream
- 250 g bacon, diced
- 200 g mushrooms, sliced
- 500 g tasty cheese, shredded
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Preheat oven to 180deg celcuis and grease a large metal baking dish.

2slice potatoes into thin slices, arrange some on the bottom of a large baking dish.

3add some diced bacon and mushrooms along with a sprinkle of salt and pepper and repeat till dish is full with a potato layer on top.

4pour cream over top of potatoes and sprinkle with cheese.

5Bake for 45min to 1 hour, test with a fork to make sure potatoes are cooked.

6If top becomes too brown whilst cooking cover with foil.
