- 1 lb. cooked bacon
- 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 5 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 5 green onions, sliced
Directions

1Boil potatoes in skin until tender.

2Cut into 1/2-inch slices. In buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish, cover bottom with potato slices.
