- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 bag frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 can French fried onions
Directions

1In large bowl combine soup, milk, sour cream, pepper and 1/2 teaspoon salt.

2Stir in potatoes, 1/2 cup cheese and 1/2 of the onions.

3Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch dish.

4Bake, covered for 35 to 40 minutes at 350°.

5Top with remaining cheese and onions.

6Bake, uncovered, for 5 more minutes.
