- 6 c. potatoes
- 1 1/2 c. flour
- salt to taste
Directions

1Peel and boil potatoes in salt water until soft.

2Pour off water and mash.

3Set aside to cool.

4Add flour and roll into thick, ropelike strips on floured board and lightly flatten.

5Cut into squares and bake at 375° for 20 minutes.

6Serve with sour cream or dice and fry onion in butter or margarine until tender. Add a small can of cream.

7Heat this mixture and pour over potato buns.

8Serve hot.
