Potato Candy

Directions

   Peel and cube the potato. Boil until done.

   Mash with confectioners sugar until stiff enough to roll out.

   Roll 1/8-inch thick.

   Spread peanut butter as thick as desired.

   Roll into log and slice into bite size pieces.
