  • 1/4 c. mashed potatoes
  • 1 box powdered sugar (plus small amount for rolling out)
  • peanut butter

Directions

    Mix potatoes and powdered sugar (will turn liquid) until it makes a ball like dough.

    Divide and roll out on powdered sugar. Spread peanut butter over and roll up jelly roll style.

    Repeat with remaining dough.

    Slice and eat.
