  • 2 lb. pkg. Ore-Ida hash browns
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
  • 1/2 lb. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

    Spread in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
