- about 4 lb. potatoes
- 2 cans cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. grated mild Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 sticks butter or margarine
- 1 small grated onion
- 1 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
Directions

1Cook potatoes in microwave or on stove.

2Saute onion and margarine, then add soup, sour cream, about 6 ounces of cheese and heat slowly until mixed.

3Peel and layer potatoes in 9 x 12-inch pan.

4Pour sauce prepared over potatoes and bake at 325° for about 30 to 45 minutes until heated through.

5Put rest of cheese on top for about the last 10 minutes.
