- 1 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 can undiluted cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 c. sharp cheese, grated
- 1/4 stick margarine, melted
- crumbled corn flakes for topping or sprinkle shredded cheese on top
Directions

1Grease 8 x 11-inch casserole dish with margarine.

2Saute celery and onion.

3Mix frozen potatoes, celery and onion.

4Add sour cream and soup; mix well.

5Add melted margarine and cheese. Mix and pour into casserole, top with topping.

6Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
