- 1 (10 oz.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- diced onions to your taste
- 16 oz. sharp shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 stick butter or margarine
- 1 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Heat oven to 350°.

2Combine hash brown potatoes, sour cream, onions and cheese all together.

3Place in baking dish.

4Melt butter or margarine.

5Crush corn flakes fine and mix with butter. Spread over top of potatoes and bake for about 1 hour.

6Serve and enjoy.
