  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/2 c. melted butter
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. chopped onions
  • 1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 c. cornflakes, crushed
  • 2 c. melted butter

Directions

    Combine all ingredients, except cornflakes and butter, and spread in 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Combine cornflakes and butter. Sprinkle over top and bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
