- 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
- 2 sticks margarine
- 1 large sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cornflakes
Directions

1Place frozen hash browns in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

2Pour 1 stick melted margarine over frozen potatoes.

3Mix together sour cream, onion, soup and cheese.

4Spread over potatoes.

5Top with cornflakes, then pour 1 stick melted margarine over topping.

6Cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
