  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 sticks margarine
  • 1 large sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 1/2 c. cornflakes

Directions

    Place frozen hash browns in a 13 x 9-inch pan.

    Pour 1 stick melted margarine over frozen potatoes.

    Mix together sour cream, onion, soup and cheese.

    Spread over potatoes.

    Top with cornflakes, then pour 1 stick melted margarine over topping.

    Cook at 350° for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
