  • 2 lb. bag or box frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1/4 c. melted margarine
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 1 c. grated cheese
  • 1/2 c. crushed potato chips

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350°.

    Break up potatoes in pieces in baking dish.

    Mix butter, chicken soup, onions and cheese together and pour over potatoes.

    Bake 20 minutes at 350° then sprinkle potato chips and bake 25 minutes more.
