  • 2 lb. potatoes, shredded (approximately 6)
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. onion, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
  • 2 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded

    Combine all ingredients.

    Place in 3-quart casserole dish. Cover with 2 cups crushed corn flakes, mixed with 1/4 cup butter. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
