  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/4 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. American cheese, melted

Directions

    Thaw potatoes. Mix all ingredients together. Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Add crushed corn flakes and 1/4 cup butter to top. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
