- 20 oz. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 c. chopped onion
- 3/4 tsp. garlic salt
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 Tbsp. melted butter
- 1/2 c. cornflake crumbs
Directions

1Break apart potatoes; spread in a 2 1/2-quart casserole; mix onions, garlic salt, soup and sour cream; spread on top of potatoes.

2Sprinkle on cheese; top with cornflake crumbs.

3Drizzle butter over top.

4Bake in oven at 350° for 30 minutes.
