  • 2 lb. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 2 c. grated cheese
  • 1/4 c. diced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 stick margarine

Directions

    Thaw potatoes. Melt margarine. Mix together. Add remaining ingredients in a large bowl. Bake in a greased casserole dish at 350° for an hour.
