  • 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans Campbell's potato soup (undiluted)
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (medium)
  • 1 tsp. minced onion
  • Parmesan cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients very well in a large bowl.

    Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or baking dish, which has been lightly greased. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

    Bake for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.

    Do not cover.
