- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 pt. sour cream
- 2 cans Campbell's potato soup (undiluted)
- 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (medium)
- 1 tsp. minced onion
- Parmesan cheese
Directions

1Mix all ingredients very well in a large bowl.

2Pour into a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan or baking dish, which has been lightly greased. Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top.

3Bake for 40 minutes in a 350° oven.
