- 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. melted oleo
- 2 c. sour cream
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. melted oleo
- 2 c. crushed potato chips
Directions

1Mix all of the ingredients together and place in a large 13 x 9-inch greased Pyrex dish.

2Cover with foil and bake at 350° for 45 to 60 minutes.

3For the last 15 minutes, uncover and top with 2 cups crushed potato chips and 1/4 cup melted oleo.

4Bake until brown.
