  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken/mushroom soup
  • 3/4 c. onions, microwave to soften
  • 14 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes

Directions

    Mix together everything except potatoes and corn flakes.

    Add potatoes and mix again.

    Top with corn flakes.

    Bake at 350° for about an hour.
