- 1 (2 lb.) hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1 stick margarine, melted
- 1 can cream of celery or cream of chicken soup
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1 (8 oz.) sour cream
- buttered bread crumbs or potato chips
Directions

1Put hash brown potatoes in large mixing bowl.

2Pour melted butter over potatoes.

3Mix in 1 can soup, grated cheese and sour cream.

4Stir all together and place in buttered casserole dish. Top with buttered bread crumbs or potato chips.

5Bake at 350° for 50 to 60 minutes.
