- 1 can cream of celery soup
- 2 c. shredded cheese
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 onion, chopped
- Ritz crackers
- 1/2 stick butter
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Butter bottom of pan.

2Sprinkle potatoes evenly in bottom of pan; sprinkle cheese over potatoes.

3Mix soup with sour cream and spread over cheese.

4Sprinkle on onion.

5Crush crackers and sprinkle over casserole.

6Melt butter and drizzle over crackers. Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
