- 2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
- 2 cans cream soup (mushroom, chicken, celery, potato)
- 1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 stick butter
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1In a 9 x 13-inch dish, melt butter.

2Pour frozen hash browns over butter.

3Cover with mixture of the soup and sour cream. Sprinkle cheese on top.
