  • 1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash brown potatoes
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
  • 1 c. cream of chicken or celery soup
  • 2 tsp. dehydrated onions
  • 2 c. crushed corn flakes
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Directions

    Mix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter.

    Melt butter; pour over ingredients and bake 1 hour at 350°.

    After 30 minutes, put corn flakes on top and continue baking.
