  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns, thawed
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 c. or 10 oz. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped

Directions

    Mix all of the above in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Top with 1/2 cup melted butter and 1 to 2 cups crushed corn flakes. Bake 45 minutes at 350°.
