  • 8 to 10 potatoes, boiled in skin
  • 8 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1 stick butter
  • 2 c. sour cream
  • 1/3 c. chopped onion
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
