- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes
- 3/4 stick butter, melted
- 1/2 C. onions, diced
- 8 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of mushroom or cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 C. sour cream
- 2 C. corn flakes, crushed
- 3/4 stick oleo, melted
Directions

1Mix potatoes, melted butter, and onions in a bowl.

2Lightly grease a 9 x 13 inch baking dish.

3Spread potato mixture in dish. Cover with cheese.

4Mix soup and sour cream; cover the layer of cheese.

5Mix corn flakes with melted butter and place on top.

6Bake in a 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
