  • 1 large bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Cheddar cheese
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • garlic salt
  • 2 sticks margarine, softened
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion
  • 2 c. frosted flakes, crushed

Directions

    Mix all ingredients, except the frosted flakes and 1/2 stick margarine. Melt margarine; stir in frosted flakes and place on top of potato mixture. Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, uncovered, in 11 x 14-inch pan.
