- 1 (32 oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 small onion, chopped
- salt and pepper
- 2 sticks butter
- 2 c. corn flakes
Directions

1Mix first 6 ingredients and pour into 3-quart casserole dish. Pour 1 stick melted butter over potatoes.

2Melt 2nd stick and mix with corn flakes.

3Sprinkle over casserole.

4Bake at 350° for 1 1/4 hours.
