  • 15 medium-sized red potatoes, boiled
  • salt to taste
  • 1/4 lb. margarine
  • 5 medium-sized onions, cooked and browned

Directions

    Mash boiled potatoes; add salt and margarine.

    Fold in the browned onions.

    Spread into a sprayed casserole until smooth. Bake in a 350° oven for 1 hour, until it has a brown crust on top. Serves 6 to 7.
