- 8 baked potatoes, peeled, cooled and grated
- 1 c. melted oleo
- 1 c. cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 green onions, cut up
- 1 c. cornflake crumbs
- 2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Mix soup, 1 cup of grated cheese, sour cream and the green onions.

2Add to spuds and oleo; stir gently.

3Add salt and pepper to taste.

4Place in casserole dish.

5Cook 30 minutes at 350°. Sprinkle with a mixture of 1 cup Cheddar cheese and cornflake crumbs.

6Bake another 15 minutes.
