- 2 lb. frozen hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 c. margarine
- 1/2 c. diced onions
- 1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 2 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1 (7 oz.) bag potato chips
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2In large mixing bowl, combine thawed potatoes, margarine, onions, sour cream, soup and cheese.

3Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish and top with crushed potato chips.

4Place in oven and bake for 1 hour or until brown on top. Yield:
