  • 16 or 18 oz. pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/2 c. butter, melted
  • 2 Tbsp. minced onion
  • 1 tsp. salt

Directions
