- 6 medium potatoes, cook in skins approximately 30 minutes
- 1 (16 oz.) sour cream
- 1/3 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. grated cheese (American or Cheddar)
- 1 stick oleo
Directions

1Peel potatoes and grate when cold.

2Heat soup and butter over low heat and blend in sour cream.

3In large bowl alternate potatoes, onions, cheese and sauce.

4Toss lightly.

5Put in 9 x 14-inch buttered dish.

6Crush corn flakes and sprinkle over top of casserole (optional).

7Add 2 tablespoons oleo over corn flakes. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes.
