- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 c. onions, chopped
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1 1/2 c. grated cheese
Directions

1Thaw potatoes and add margarine, salt, pepper, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese.

2Put into a 3-quart casserole and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
