  • 2 lb. frozen hash browns
  • 1/2 c. margarine, melted
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. onions, chopped
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 8 oz. sour cream
  • 1 1/2 c. grated cheese

Directions

    Thaw potatoes and add margarine, salt, pepper, soup, onions, sour cream and cheese.

    Put into a 3-quart casserole and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
