  • 1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10 oz.) bag grated Cheddar cheese
  • 2 cartons (8 oz.) sour cream
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick melted oleo
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. pepper
  • 1/2 c. chopped onion

    Mix together in big bowl.

    into greased casserole dish; top with 2 cups crushed corn flakes

    mixed with 1/4 cup melted oleo.

    Bake at 300° for 1 hour.

    This will make 1 large casserole or 2 small ones.
