- 8 oz. sour cream
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Defrost hash browns 10 minutes in dish you plan to use.

2Mix all ingredients with hash browns.

3Melt 4 tablespoons butter and mix with 1 1/2 cups crushed cornflakes.
